      How do I place an order?

      Ordering from Home and Garden Store is quick and easy. Simply browse our collections, add your chosen products to your basket and proceed through our secure checkout. You'll receive an order confirmation by email once your purchase has been successfully placed.

      Can I amend or cancel my order?

      If you need to amend or cancel your order, please contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible. If your order hasn't yet been processed or dispatched, we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

      Will I receive an order confirmation?

      Yes. As soon as your order is placed, we'll send an order confirmation to the email address provided at checkout. If you don't receive it, please check your junk or spam folder before contacting us.
